Rights to innovative new products for sale – flexible joints and couplings. Many years ago, our client designed and developed a range of individual flexible joints and high performance V clamps that remain in production as the original standard – most aircraft flying today contain these products. He has since designed and developed Inte-Duct as a replacement for existing gimbals and balljoints, and a Geared Coupling to replace the V clamp. These have substantial benefits over existing products in all areas and more importantly, their cost of manufacture is substantially less than the existing products - Inte-Duct is 45% - 50% lower than gimbals/balljoints, the geared coupling 30% less than the V clamp. The products are fully designed and developed and have global potential.
