Through these contacts, subscription to specialist publications and on-line directories, and continuous researching, we locate companies that are for sale, considering a sale, or "open to approaches". We are therefore well placed to provide acquisition search services for clients.
After determining a client's acquisition criteria, we enter these onto our system, undertake a detailed search of our database of companies for sale and notify the client of opportunities that match his criteria. Thereafter, we undertake regular repeat searches and alert the client of new opportunities as they arise.
With the exception of a small initial commitment fee, our search service is provided on a success fee only basis..... no purchase, no fee.
Where clients have specific requirements, we can also undertake dedicated sector research to determine companies meeting a client's acquisition criteria. From this, we organise mailshots, make discreet approaches, identify vendors who would be receptive to an approach, arrange confidentiality documentation and organise exploratory meetings, etc.

Once a target has been identified and a deal agreed, if required, we can provide a range of Acquisition Support Services, or we are happy to work with existing advisers.
